Loved the fab location with tons of cafes around! Received an upgrade upon arrival which was a delightful surprise.

Just a heads up, the pillows were like flat pancakes and the carpet? Definitely a no-go for bare feet!

This place suits me perfectly! The staff helped me print my boarding pass during my first stay. I love the 24-hour security, express check-in, and the cozy bar area. I'll return for a romantic escape.

Highly recommend for solo travelers

The breakfast was amazing like something out of a high-end restaurant with fresh orange juice and homemade jams. Also, there was this cool terrace where I could chill with my drink after a long day.

It wasn't cheap but still reasonable for what you get.

However, the lift felt a bit grungy and the noise level outside was noticeable. We struggled a bit with the room layout, which wasn't the best for comfort.

A Hidden Gem in Munich

Woke up to the sweet aroma of freshly brewed coffee in the lobby and found my perfect spot in the sun on the lovely terrace. The location was ideal!

However, the noise from the street outside made it hard to keep the windows open on warm nights, which took away from my comfort.

I adored the cozy corners filled with beautiful books. The accessibility for individuals with mobility needs makes navigating the hotel a breeze, and the welcoming atmosphere allows everyone to feel right at home.

More elevators for easier access would be appreciated.

Great location and helpful staff, but room for improvement

My solo stay was memorable for the friendly staff who offered helpful tips on local dining. The convenience of being close to Sendlinger Tor and various restaurants made exploring Munich easy. However, soundproofing in rooms could use an upgrade. Consider requesting a quieter room.

I had a pleasant stay in a Large Double Or Twin Room. The location was fantastic, close to transportation and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the free coffee and croissants available throughout the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a cozy experience.

If you're into vegetarian and vegan delights, you’ll be riding the flavor train with places like Thaimama just a hop away, serving dishes that’ll make your taste buds dance. Plus, the free coffee and croissants in the lobby are a lovely touch to start the day right! Location-wise, you're just 15 minutes on foot to the heart of Munich, Marienplatz. Talk about convenience!

On the flip side, the lack of check-in staff was a bummer, especially in the rain! Also, the shared areas could do with some cooler air because it felt more like a sauna at times.
